This leadership role ensures the safe,efficient, and compliant maintenance of all aircraft operated under FAR 135.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helicopter maintenance,regulatory compliance, and team leadership within the aviation industry.

KeyResponsibilities: - Ensureall aircraft are maintained in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturermaintenance manuals, and company policies, prioritizing safety and operationaltimelines.
- Directand assist Field Maintenance Managers to uphold aircraft cosmetic standards andoperational readiness.
- Monitorand oversee daily activities of field bases, ensuring timely repairs of AOG aircraft.
- Provideguidance to Maintenance Managers on aircraft maintenance and personnelmanagement.
- Collaboratewith the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Managers to assign qualifiedpersonnel to each maintenance location.
- Keepthe COO and Director of Maintenance informed about significant issues ordevelopments.
- Overseefield base parts stock, tools, and equipment to ensure proper quantities aremaintained.
- AdministerMEL Program and Mechanical Interrupted Flight Reports.
- Conductfield visits, hold meetings with personnel, and ensure compliance with theAircraft Cosmetic Program.
- Assistwith the submission of Self-Disclosure Reports and develop comprehensive fixesas required.
- RequestSpecial Flight Permits per 14 CFR 21.197 for aircraft maintenance.
- Collaboratewith Flight, Business, and Clinical Operations to establish new bases andsupport marketing efforts for RFPs.
- Participatein Maintenance and Operational Board Hearings, Planning Meetings, and otherleadership discussions.
- Scheduleand lead meetings with Field Maintenance Managers and update OperationsSpecifications as needed.
Requirements: - HighSchool Diploma or GED required.
- FAAMechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- Minimumof 10 years of maintenance experience on helicopters, including recentexperience as required by FAR 65.83.
- Atleast 5 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry.
- Strongknowledge of FAA regulations, company maintenance manuals, and OperationsSpecifications.
- Proficientin communication and management skills.
- Abilityto travel as required and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Designatedas Safety Sensitive under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
